The scholarship programme at ECAS (European Citizen Action Service) office in Brussels continues into 2005. So far a number of NGO leaders from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Latvia have already visited ECAS. And: There are still places available for NGO leaders from Estonia, Lithuania, Hungary, Croatia, Byelorussia and Ukraine, so they would like to encourage anyone who is interested in spending one month in Brussels at ECAS office to get in touch with them and their work: NGOs@ecas.org.
