It's not always thourough thinking or playing language games, but anyway, Blogtrax is worth looking at from time to time. The latest entry about the virtual architecture and creation of a neighborhood through blogging gives a nice example of the author's interests.

There is a nice entry at "The Chronicle of Higher Education". Under the title Do Not Fear the Blog" Rebecca Goetz tells about her blogging career. She sees writing blogs as a way of communicating experiences, in her case, mostly academic and scholarly experience, and she straightens out the prejudice of blogging as being a hindrance for any academic career. Good to be sure about that! Thanks to Rebecca for encouraging the academically voiceless to make their voice be heard!
