Here are two job announced with a very short deadline: The Spanish NGO Movement for Peace in Montenegro is looking for a Projects Administrator (deadline: 10 August); and the German NGO Schüler Helfen Leben is looking for an Organisational Development Specialist for a 3-day workshop in Kosovo (deadline: 14 August).

Spanish NGO Movement for Peace - MPDL Montenegro
is looking for a Projects Administrator

We are looking for a dynamic person with strong organizational and
communication skills to join a team of legal and social workers based in
Podgorica. Available to start immediately.

Minimum requirements:
* Advance user of Word and Excel
* Accountancy skills
* Knowledge of NGO sector in Montenegro
* Excellent analytical and reporting skills
* Good English skills (oral and written)

Organisational Development Expert
in PROJECT DEVELOPMENT - Short-term consultancy in Kosovo

Description of the assignment
The Kosovo branch of Schueler Helfen Leben (SHL) - a German non-governmental organisation engaged in youth work in the Balkans – is seeking an Organisational Development Specialist to train and assist its staff members in project development.
The external Consultant will train the team in project development with participatory methods aimed at preparing the SHL-Kosovo staff to embark on preparing its won project proposals for fund-raising.

The assignment is to be carried out in the form of a 3-day facilitated workshop in Rahovec/Orahovac, Kosovo, either over the first weekend in September or at the end of September 2007.

Requirements:
Understanding of and experience in organisational development, participatory methods and facilitation are essential (min. 3-5 years).
Knowledge of and experience in project development is indispensable.
Work experience in the Balkans, including Kosovo.
Very good/fluent Serbian (Croatian, Bosnian) and very good/fluent English.
