[ Civil society ]

If you find the study I mentioned in my previous posting too theoretical, you might be interested to read my study on Civil Society in Kosovo: The Interaction between local NGOs and the Provisional Institutions of Self-Government, which was recently published by the Austrian Institute for International Affairs (OIIP) (Working paper no. 54). You can get the paper at the OIIP in Vienna or order it here (click on "OIIP Arbeitspapiere" - "Bestellschein") (here the English link - "OIIP publications" - "order form").

If you happen to do research on the same subject, please contact me, as I am working on a PhD on civil society in Kosovo and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
