The "verbal conflict" between the Serbian government and M. Ahtisaari did not seem to hamper too much the Kosovo talks which took place this week. The next round on decentralisation issues is planned for September 15th. Meanwhile new scenarios are being discussed for the future of Kosovo: media reports expect a new UN-resolution in November (cf. B92 article). Serbian analyst Milan Nikolic suggests "selling Kosovo".
