If it is "natural" that Estonia gets compensation for the Soviet-era occupation, as stated in Tere Estimaa, then the occupation itself also gets the status of having been "natural". On the other hand, since
even if Russia does apologize, Estonia cannot guarantee that it will not seek compensation for the damage caused by "the Soviet-era occupation"[,]the only "unnatural" thing within this logic is Estonia's forgiveness. Wouldn't it be better to claim an uncommon and not natural status of all three aspects?
