The book project WechselWirkungen about the Habsburg Era in Bosnia and Hercegovina and its influence on the Balkans, which I am about to edit together with Raymond Detrez, Diana Reynolds and Clemens Ruthner - since a few years - is one of those almost never-ending projects. The publication is due in Winter 2007, eventually.

Yet, in order to go public with a few articles, I started to pre-publish my own article already a year ago.

Now, it has been followed by contributions of Robert J. Donia on Bosnia as The Proximate Colony, as well as by Isa Blumi's considerations on the role of the Albanians, when one is Looking beyond the River Drin.
