[ Faculty Positions ]

The History Department at The College at Brockport, State University of New York, seeks to fill a one-year visiting assistant professorship in twentieth-century Central Europe beginning in August 2010. Initial review of applications begins February 17 and continues to March 30, 2010.

Required qualifications: Ph.D. in History at the time of appointment, strong research program, ability to teach courses in Modern Central Europe and history of war and society (especially the World Wars and/or Cold War) at the upper-division and M.A. levels as well as the introductory modern world history survey course.
