The Open Society Institute's Network Scholarship Programs offers supplementary grants to students from selected countries of Eastern and Central Europe and the former Soviet Union (Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia, Croatia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan). The purpose of the program is to enable qualified students to pursue doctoral studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences at accredited universities in Western Europe, Middle/Near East, Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America. Further information and appplication forms are available here, applications can also be submitted online. Dealine: April 2/June 4.
