The International Youth Leadership Conference is a weeklong forum that draws 150 university students from an average of 50 countries across the globe to participate in a cross-cultural exchange of young ideas concerning the future of world leadership. The 9th IYLC, taking place this July in the Czech Republic, will work toward introducing the participants to international organizations that promote peace and broaden their social exposure. It is an unparalleled learning experience and cross-cultural adventure - this is the forum for the world leaders of tomorrow.
9th International Youth Leadership Conference
July 24 – 29, 2005, Prague, Czech Republic

Attention all students between the ages of 18-24: We would like to formally invite you to Prague this upcoming summer to participate in the 9th International Youth Leadership Conference. Join 150 fellow students from all over the world in a fun, weeklong forum on the future of world leadership and international relations.
Enjoy historical walking tours of the glorious old city of Prague, including exclusive visits to Czech Senate, Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Embassies, and other historical venues where you will be participating in events like a Model European Parliament! There will also be a United Nations Security Council meeting, in which all participants role-play the characters of international diplomats, and an International Criminal Court Pre-Trial in which justice is sought for violations of international human rights.
The IYLC will challenge you in fun ways, test your leadership skills and expose you to cross-cultural experiences. You will be a diplomatic representative of your country, making new friends with students from all over the world.
