A recent article on school textbook reform by Hélène Harroff-Tavel (OSCE) paints a gloomy picture of primary and secondary education in Bosnia-Herzegovina, which is still fragmented along ethnic and political lines. The same is true for university education (cf. the BH National Report on the Bologna Process 2005, an 8-page PDF-document which is really worth reading!).
