The Americans seem to have new plans concerning the future constitutional structure of Bosnia. According to Guardian the new Bosnian constitution should transform Bosnia into a centrally governed democracy, removing one of the most complicated state structures in Europe which is a clear obstacle for this country on its way towards European integrations. Now, it's up to Bosnian politicians to make a decisive move and give their consent to this blueprint.
