[ Call for Papers - Call for Entries ]

The LUKSUZ Film Festival wants to show short and low budget production of featured, documentary, animated, alternative and experimental films from mostly young authors and those, who had not yet won recognition. The Festival will take place in Krško (Slovenia) on September 2nd and 3rd 2005; Deadline for applications is 15th July.
 

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR FILM:
 

• Films should not be longer than 10 minutes. Documentaries may be longer than that, but the preferable duration is up to 40 minutes, due to the limited projection time. The number of entries is not limited.
• Send it on miniDV (PAL only), VHS (PAL preferably), CD (divx) or DVD (PAL preferably).
• Only films completed in 2004 and 2005 are eligible.

These copies will be used for preview and screening.

CATEGORIES :
1. Short fiction (drama, comedy, action, any other genre)
2. Short animation (all kinds)
3. Short experimental
4. Documentary

Each film must be sent along with the following enclosures:

• Printed, filled out and signed entry form and declaration
• Biography and filmography of the director
• Filled entry form sent as attachment by e-mail
• Poster and booklet (if available)
• If available at least one photo or still from the film (it must be e-mailed as .jpg attachment, 200 dpi)

The Festival will be held in Trška Gora near Krško.
