Die 56. „Werkstatt Geschichte“ lädt zum Vortrag von Mag. Krisztián Csaplár (Albanien-Institut Wien) „ Die Rolle Österreich-Ungarns bei der Entstehung des selbständigen Albaniens (1912-1914)“ am Dienstag, den 18. Oktober 2005, 16.00 Uhr s.t., ein. Veranstaltungsort ist der Gemeinsame Vortragssaal der Forschungseinheiten, 1040, Prinz Eugen-Str. 8, 2. Stock.

Für alle, die in Wien auf der Suche nach einer Möglichkeit, Albanisch zu lernen, sind: Am Institut für Indogermanistik gibt es für das Wintersemester 2005/06 zwei Lehrveranstaltungen zu Albanischer Sprache und Literatur: zum einen soll ein Albanischkurs für Anfänger mit Vorkenntnissen gehalten werden, zu dem der Termin allerdings noch nicht defintiv festgelegt ist;

Das Kunsthistorische Museum stellt bis Sonntag, den 9. Oktober Objekte zum Thema Gjergj Kastrioti Skënderbeu (Skanderbeg) aus; da die Ankunft der Objekte bis vor kurzem durch Transportschwierigkeiten noch etwas unsicher war, findet sich dazu nichts auf der Homepage des KHM.
