Tirana will be the site of next year's Annual Conference of the Commission on Urban Anthropology (August 27-31, 2007) on Urban Identity, Power and Space: The Case of Trans-European Corridors. The conference will be structured around three main sessions: 1) Corridors
of Power; 2) History and Memories; 3) Anthropology, Research and Local
