Cross inflation in SEE

After similar monstrosities in Skopje and Mostar, Bosnian Serb groups are now planning to erect a huge cross overlooking Sarajevo from Trebevic hill (thereby on Republika Srpska territory), "to commemorate Serb victims of the 1992-1995 conflict in BiH", as the Association of Bosnian Serb War Victims puts it. The initiative has reportedly been brought about by "the families of fallen soldiers and civilians". The "monument", we further read, will be lighted at night. "Muslims outraged" titles SETimes, and neither can I claim to be very enthusiastic...
