Also reported by SEEtimes, a new Adriatic Euroregion (including Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Italy, Serbia-Montenegro and Slovenia) was formally launched last Monday in Venice. Under the auspices of the Council of Europe, the Adriatic Euroregion is supposed to serve as a tool for Balkan co-operation and integration with the wider European area.< previous Posting next >
