Cultural Transitions in Southeastern Europe - The Creative City: Crossing Visions and New Realities in the Region will be the title of a seminar to be held at Dubrovnik's Inter-University Centre (IUC) on May 8-14, 2006. Mainly targeted at post-graduate students, the impact of creative industries on urban cultural development models, on cultural policies, and on regeneration of SEE cities will be discussed.
