From September 8-17 the project "Operation: City" took place in Zagreb. Part of the project "Zagreb - Cultural Kapital of Europe 3000", the initiative focuses on the issue of culture in urban development, and more specifically adressed the transformation of one of the abandoned spaces in downtown Zagreb.
