Diese Studie wurde vom Institut für soziologische, politische und juristische Studien an der Sankt Kyrill und Method-Universität in Skopje in Kooperation mit der Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung erarbeitet. Sie behandelt die Entwicklung und Positionierung der parlamentarischen Parteien in Mazedonien seit 1990. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt gilt dabei der Frage, wie der Parlamentarismus in Mazedonien auf die heikle nationale Frage zwischen zwei größten Ethnien - Mazedoniern und Albanern - einging.
This study was conducted at the Institute for Sociological, Political, and Legal Research at the Saints Cyrill and Methodius University in Skopje in co-operation with the Friedrich Ebert Foundation. It deals with the question of development and positioning of the Macedonian parliamentary parties since 1990. A special focus was given to the question how the parliamentary system influenced the solving of the delicate problem of ethnic tensions between two large nationalities in Macedonia - Macedonians and Albanians.
