Mag.a Hana Blahová

Studied Russian Language and Literature, as well as German Language and Literature and Bohemian Studies at the University of Vienna. Focused on Russian emigration in the inter-war period in Czechoslovakia. Translator in German/Czech/Russian. Currently working with the ÖGB-Project ZUWIS - Zukunftsraum Wien–Südmähren, and as a member of the editorial team of "Kakanien revisited".

Dr. Amália Kerekes

Studied German Language and Literature and Hungarology at the Eötvös-Loránd University in Budapest. The subject of her dissertation was "Intensities of Writing. Alterations of the Journalistic Perception in Karl Kraus' Late Œevre". Since 2001, assitant at the German Studies Institute of ELTE. Editorial staff member of "Kakanien revisited".

Mag.a Elena Messner

Studied Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies at the University of Vienna. Research interests: Intertextuality, South Slavic literature. Currently working on her dissertation in Comparative Literature at the University of Vienna. Editorial staff member of "Kakanien Revisited".

M.A. Augustin Nicolescou

Received his BA in Political Science from McGill University in Montreal, and an MA in Peace and Conflict Studies from the European University Center for Peace and Conflict Studies in Stadtschlaining. Currently project coordinator at the Institute for Integrative Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding in Vienna. Editorial staff member of Kakanien revisited.

Dr. Katalin Teller

Studied German and Slavic Languages and Literature at ELTE in Budapest. Research posts in Vienna, St. Petersburg and Constance. Dissertation on the literary theory implications of word games in Austrian and Russian cultures around 1900. Involved in the ELTE Project Local Narratives, Notions of Science, and Cultural Techniques at the Turn of the Century and Between the Wars.
