Diese inter- und multidisziplinäre Konferenz möchte sich kritisch mit Probelmen und Implikationen beschäftigen, die durch das Entstehen der Neuen Medien für den Menschen und die Kultur aufkamen. Das Projekt möchte insbesondere innovative transdisziplinäre Dialoge zu den theoretischen und praktischen Fragen im kulturellen Kontext der medialen und technologischen Errungenschaften anregen.
Einreichschluss ist der 7. Mai 2004.
This inter-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary conference aims to explore, examine and critically engage with the issues and implications created by the emergence of new media for human living and culture. In particular, the project will encourage innovative trans-disciplinary dialogues in wrestling with theoretical and practical debates which surround the cultural contexts within which emerging media and technological advances are occurring.
Deadline for submissions is May 7, 2004.
