How do the notions of norms, law, technology and market interconnect in the new media? The traditional means of control of the state - law and law enforcement - are weaker in the digital world, while hardware and software monopolies rise and dominate the digital world. This shift of control from the state to the market players, who design and implement, thus control the architecture of the digital space. What are the means to control these phenomena?
