Die Studie interpretiert den Roman eines Schicksallosen von Imre Kertész im Vergleich mit Hannah Arendts Eichmann in Jerusalem, und fokussiert darauf, was für eine sprachliche Wirkung die Ideologie der totalitären Diktatur auf das Individuum hat: Wie bringt die totalitäre Diktatur das Individuum schrittweise - auch sprachlich - dazu, den Gesichtspunkt jener totalitären Macht zu übernehmen und als seinen eigenen zu akzeptieren, die seine Vernichtung zum Ziel hat?
The study interprets the novel Fateless by Imre Kertész in comparison with Hannah Arendt’s Eichmann in Jerusalem and focuses on the linguistic effect caused by the ideology of a totalitarian dictatorship on the individual: How does a totalitarian dictatorship gradually force the individual - in linguistic terms, too - to adapt, and to regard as its own, the perspective of a totalitarian power which aims at his elimination?
A tanulmány Kertész Imre Sorstalanság című regényét elemzi, Hannah Arendt Eichmann Jeruzsálemben című könyvével összevetve, abból a szempontból, hogy milyen nyelvi hatást gyakorol a totális diktatúra ideológiája az egyénre: hogyan szoktatja hozzá a totalitárius hatalom lépésről lépésre az egyént - nyelvileg is - ahhoz, hogy az átvegye és sajátjaként fogadja el az őt megsemmisíteni igyekvő totalitárius hatalom nézőpontját.
