Your favourite (if recently admittedly not very active) blogger will deliver talks at two events next week - in two old cities of his favourite peninsula: The Forum Skopje 2008 (June 2-7), dedicated to urban planning (and related) issues, and the conference dedicated to the restoration of the 15th-century Muradiye Mosque in Plovdiv on June 7 (website), where I'll speak about the history and methods of the study of Ottoman architecture in the Balkans.
