Der europäische Kulturdialog steht heute innerhalb und außerhalb der EU vor neuen und großen Herausforderungen. Zu deren Bewältigung muss und kann die Translatologie im Kontext der interkulturellen Toleranz und der demokratischen Prinzipien ihren Beitrag leisten, wobei auch den sog. "kleinen Sprachen" angemessene Bedeutung zuerkannt wird.
Einreichschluss ist der 20. Mai 2004.
Nowadays the European cultural dialogue faces new challenges within, as well as outside the EU. Within the scope of intercultural tolerance and democratic principles the translatology can serve to master those challenges. Thereby, also to the so-called "minor languages" should acquire approriate attention and importance.
Deadline for submissions is May 20, 2004.
