In 2004, Canadian-American Slavic Studies (CASS) will devote a special issue to the changing nature of international relations in East and Central Europe. The purpose of this issue will be to discuss how European integration, NATO membership and the broad process of globalization have affected the region's politics.
Deadline for submission is April 15, 2003.
